‘In Other Words’ is a collaborative piece of music, dance and theatre that explores the moments of human encounter that we experience in our everyday lives, ultimately reinforcing and challenging our individual perspectives of who we are. It is through the push and pull of encounters that we move towards inner discovery. Through an ever changing dynamic of relationships, the work’s themes explore a personal search for identity. Inspired by the writing of the great Indian poet, Rabindranath Tagore ‘Journey home’ we follow the journey of three characters in their search for acceptance.
